Get to know our family better by hosting your company picnic at the Philadelphia Zoo. Company family picnics at the Zoo are a great way for employees to connect with co-workers’ families. Your guests can stroll along our beautiful 42-acre Victorian garden while viewing exotic and rare animals. The Zoo event staff can assist with the very simple to the most extravagant of picnics.
Group picnics of 50 or more are hosted in our Peacock Pavilion, a secluded party tent centrally located in the garden. More intimate groups of 50 or less are held in one of our classrooms (based on availability) located along the main path.
Hosting a company retreat; looking for a unique team building activity? Let your guests take part in a quest full of questions and clues with answers only found within the garden. This is no kiddie hunt.

Ticket prices:
$13.95 for adults
$10.95 for children ages 2 – 12
No charge for children under 2 years of age
These prices do not include food.
This includes admission into the Zoo, four-hours in the Peacock Pavilion or smaller classroom (generally from 11 a.m. –3 p.m.). Guests also receive a wristband with their ticket. Wristbands make it easy for the servers and Zoo hosts to identify who are guests of the group attending the picnic.
