Duties

Assist with animal care and animal handling for education programs. Conduct formal presentations and informal conversations to interpret the daily activities and the animal collection for visitors. View the complete job description.

Requirements

This opportunity is available to college students in any major with a grade point average of 2.5 or higher who have a demonstrated knowledge and interest in education and natural history. Must be comfortable speaking to groups and able to handle small animals for educational presentations.

Availability

The internship is offered during the fall, spring and summer semesters.
